1 year: De Beers in Springs, South Africa. Constructed a diamond saw blade manufacturing operation, finished three months ahead of schedule.

3 years: Super-Cut, Inc. Chicago. Physicist/engineering developing machinery, saw blades, metal bonds, shaped grinding wheels, various grinding tools.

3 years: Super-Cut, Inc. Chicago. Assumed management over the largest division when their profit margin was 11% and in two years raised it to 43% and increased sales by 15%.

1 year: Super-Cut, Inc. Chicago Appointed VP of Manufacturing.

3 years: Engis Equipment Co. Morton Grove, Illinois. Head a development program to invent new methods for the manufacture of industrial diamond grinding wheels. Completed project enabling the company to produce grinding wheels with a new manufacturing process lowering costs by over 40%. Developed a metal bond that

could attach itself to the surface of a diamond. Several patents were obtained for this process.
