I have six year experience as senior corporate engineering manager of 20 million Sq. Ft portfolio utilizing my engineering MEPF and operational experience and development consulting of Critical Facilities and Class-A high rise office buildings. Thoroughly review Property Management capital budgets and approve costs in excess of $50,000.00 for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).

Provide high quality consultation and guidance to the Regional and/or Chief Engineers (third party vendors) in managing, developing, training, and communicating with engineering staff.

Planned, developed and implemented National Annual Chief Engineer Training Conferences.

Provide high quality consultation and guidance to the Regional and or Chief Engineer (third party vendors) and Property Managers in mechanical operations.

Evaluate and monitor software programs used for property operations to ensure the use of high quality and consistent programs.

Direct the effective development and ongoing implementation of energy consumption reduction programs and energy audits to identify opportunities to reduce costs.

Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and trends, through active participation in industry associations and organizations.

Chair of Operations Group Subcommittee of Shorensteins GREEN Sustainability Committee.

Member of the San Francisco Existing Building Energy Efficiency Committee. Provide technical and operational information to the committee as part of the development of the City Energy Efficiency Ordinance.

Property Visits:

Develop and conduct property visit for each facility as required.

Thoroughly review overall facility condition, equipment maintenance records and procedures, energy reports and rates, engineer manpower development, Life Safety records, water treatment programs and records, tenant and elevator complaint logs and monthly summaries.
