Provide direct leadership and guidance to over 100 personnel. Accountable for 14 aircraft and over $40M in assets. Identified the need to improve the infrastructure for recycle and waste management due to the rapid expansion of military base. Conducted extensive research and developed a proposal to implement a plan to address this need.

Jan. 2010 - Jan. 2011 - Flight Operations Officer

United States Army, Afghanistan

Served a key role as the Operations Officer during combat in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Planned and coordinated over 180 flights daily. Efforts led to over 20,000 flight hours and the ability to move over 22,000 passengers and 2 million tons of cargo. Received the Bronze Star Medal and Air Medal for outstanding leadership during combat flight operations.

Jan. 2008 - Jan. 2010 - Flight Operations Officer

Served as lead project manager for flight operations team. Developed and designed efficient methods to ensure timeliness and accuracy which saved fuel and reduced wait times.
