- Director of Greek Life. July 2005 - present Advise the Panhellenic and Interfraternity councils as well as provide support to the eight individual chapter organizations on campus;Co-Advise the Lambda Delta chapter of Order of Omega;Budget, maintain and allocate funds from office, council,and alumni-donated house fund accounts;Charged with the oversight, planning and direction of the Office of Greek Affairs from a daily and long term basis;Oversee recruitment, educational and leadership development and programming for the Panhellenic and Interfraternity councils;Advise the Panhellenic and Interfraternity councils as well as provide support to the eight individual chapter organizations on campus;Partner with the Director of Housing and the Department of Facilities Management in the development and sustination of a positive living, learning environment within the College-owned Greek houses; Supervise an undergraduate student worker in the Office of Greek Affairs;Develop and facilitate workshops, seminars and retreats aimed at developing leadership, promoting goal setting and self-governance, and transforming organizations into values-based entities for the betterment of the Greek community;Develop and present Greek 099: An introduction to recruitment and new member expectations for all potential new members;Develop and present Greek 101: An introduction to the fraternity and sorority experience for all pledged new members;Cultivate and maintain a positive working partnership among the College, local chapter alumni, advisors, and national headquarters staff with a focus on proactive dialogue and frequent communication.
