As the first information technology intern, my job focused on the integration
of existing hardware and software with the College network. Duties included
upgrading operating systems, installing network printers, troubleshooting
software and hardware issues. Assisted in the installation of Centenary
College’s first wireless notebook lab in the Frost School of Business.
Authored instruction manuals for use of the integrated Webster White Board
with the new projection system, internet course-management software (Blackboard
5.0) and all network-available Windows XP Pro applications.
Duties included teaching workshops for the professors on how to build,
update and maintain web pages that will complement the new College home
page.

Responsibilities included installation and configuration of network hardware
and software, troubleshooting hardware and software problems on multiple
versions of Windows and Apple operating systems. Assembled computers from
component parts. Fluent in all Windows operating systems. Experienced
