Key responsibilities involved the management of the 2 EPCMs struggling to

achieve completion of their construction phase of the Xstrata project.

The role grew from an original brief for the m anagement of all contractual

management issues to include the day to day management of the process plant

and infrastructure construction activities.

Regular relief activities also included the role of acting Project Manager for the

client. The assignment was a consultancy arrangement for Xstrata Coal in South

Africa on FIFO basis.

First processed coal was achieved through the plant in August 2009.
