Determine when/what corrective maintenance is warranted; responsible for coordination and completion of all Station Dynamic Balancing of rotating equipment;

* Co-authored and finalized the contract for outsourced oil analysis services; formulated contract specifications and procured the infrared thermography camera and related software; conducted training sessions for staff, designed data collection routes for predictive analyses, and served as liaison between Station, Corporate and Contractor engineering, resolving operational issues.
