Tool Room Supervisor - (07/12 to present) - Provided guidance and assistance to the Afghanistan Air Force on how to sign in and out hand tools provide quality tool control procedures, requisition processing and calibration of assigned equipment. Receive, store, and issue hand tools, consumables, and bench stock supplies. Set up a consumable materials program to ensure ease of access of products. Tracked and ensured all PEMAL equipment was removed from service and turned in for calibration in a timely manner. Advised Afghanistan Air Force tool room staff on proper recognition and use of tools. Trained personnel on proper corrosion control and etching procedures. Fostered relations between DynCorp and Afghanistan Air Force personal. Successfully lead tool room through a Government Flight Representatives (GFR) inspection received the highest rating level.

01/12 to 06/12 - DynCorp (54 + hours a week)

JET ENGINE TECHNICIAN - Disassembled, inspected, repaired, and assembled F110-GE-100 Engines. Trained a crew of Royal Omanie Air Force members on proper procedures for tear down and repair of the F110-GE-100 engine. Also conducted test runs after maintenance to ensure all work was preformed successfully and that the equipment was operating within limits. Ensured proper documentation was preformed at the beginning and end of each shift. Maintained a safe and quality controlled work place for the duration of stay by receiving zero write ups by local Quality Assurance inspection team.

09/11 to 11/11 - L-3 VERTEX (84 hours a week)

Phase Team Member - Conducted Intermediate Level Maintenance on AH-64D helicopters to include Phase Maintenance Inspections. Operated special equipment and tools in support of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Performed numerous maintenance procedures such as removal, inspection, repair and installation of gear boxes, main transmissions, engines, hydraulic components, pneudraulic components, mechanical flight control systems, flight control system rigging, landing gear, fuel system, main rotor system, tail rotor system, auxiliary power unit replacements and component exchanges. Installed and operated aircraft vibration analysis equipment to perform main and tail rotor track and balancing, oil cooler balancing, engine high speed shaft balancing, cabin and nose vibration absorber tuning. Repaired back shop components such as brake assemblies, engine rotary inputs, landing gear wheels, forks, yokes, flight control rod inspections, and wiper converters. Experienced in the utilization of technical manuals for troubleshooting, removing, repairing and replacing numerous parts, components or systems throughout the helicopter. Assisted in minor airframe repairs to include bonding, cutting, and riveting sheet metal and composite skins, main and tail rotor blade erosion protection kit repairs and installation. 06/99 to 05/11 - UNITED STATES AIR FORCE (45+ hours a week)

Quality Assurance Representative (02/06 to 05/08)

Have extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) policies, programs, principles, practices, methods, and procedures. Inspected all government furnished property and performed QAR audits of all contract work and knowledgeable in preforming Deficiency Reports (DR). Documents SOF (Safety of Flight) surveillance result and issues Corrective Action Requests (CAR) when discrepancies are identified. Develop, implement and assure a complete quality assurance program by identifying, understanding, proofing, measuring, and analyzing contractor processes in relation to contractual requirements to determine adequacy, reliability, and maintainability through out product life cycle and to promote continuous process and quality improvement.

JET ENGINE TECHNICIAN (F110-GE-129) - (06/08 TO 07/09) - Performed intermediate-level maintenance by disassembling, inspecting and making repairs to F110-GE-129 engines. Performed uninstalled engine runs and seccessufully trained three personal on proper procedures for dressing, loading, and test running the -129 engine. Maintained all non powered ground equipment, Technical Publications (T.O.s) and engine forms. Performed phase inspections on the F-16 C/D to include bay inspection.

GAS TURBINE ENGINE TECHNICIAN (F-15/A-10/KC-135) - (06/99 to 03/11) - Performed intermediate-level maintenance by disassembling, inspecting, and making repairs to prescribed standards of all Jet Fuel Starters, Central Gear Boxes, Aircraft Mounted Accessory Drives, and Power Take Off shafts on the F-15C/D aircraft. Operated these components on a test stand and diagnosed and repaired malfunctions. Also troubleshot malfunctions of the test stand that included shooting power, change gages, rewiring cannon plugs, and soldering saving over $1.2 million. Also performed test cell and engine test runs in engine run facilities (hush house) that included the preparation, loading and test operation of F100-PW-220, and TF34-GE-100A engines. Performed periodic maintenance and service requirements to maintain two A/M37T-10 hush houses and a one-of-a-kind four bay engine test facility. Inspected aircraft to ensure they were unarmed and safe to be brought into the hush house for operational testing and troubleshooting. Responsible periodic maintenance requirements on over 300 pieces of F100 and TF-34 engine support equipment and over 350 aerospace ground equipment items valued in excess of $1.5M. Planned, organized, and directed aerospace propulsion maintenance activities.
