Global Business Analyst/ Project Manager

Key goals include spearheading Global QAD ERP implementation strategy and providing Project Management support on multiple Global Sales, Marketing and Operational Excellence initiatives. Included the creation, adoption and application of strong Project Management methodology. Responsible for all aspects of Project Management: Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk and Procurement Management from Project initiation to closure.

Currently leading the global implementation of a common ERP application (QAD) with10 of 34 sites completed. Project includes redesign of quote to cash processes, centralized data-center management, selection of vendor, and upgraded global IT support model.

Completed sites have shown an 11% increase in on-time delivery, 11% improvement in production quality (2.1% to 1.2%) and a 12% improvement in overall productivity as measured by our corporate metrics.

Creation and administration of a project portfolio targeted at increasing the on-time delivery of Project Orders (value > 100k) from 16% to 90%+ and increase quote on-time delivery from 12 - 90%+ in our Cincinnati plant (10M+/month in shipments).

Completed successfully within 1 quarter. Project on time delivery averaging 92% and Project quote on time delivery averaging 96%.

Led project to integrate sales data gathered from 32 global sites into a single database with 100% accuracy and real time access.

Previously, sales management would have to wait up to seven days for information gathered from many, disparate sources. Accuracy was an issue with the ability to provide sales goals for the coming year termed as "hit and miss".

This project was successfully implemented reduced the acquisition of sales data from 7 days to seconds and increased accuracy to 100%

Design and implementation of a web-based customer portal to support online access to shipment information and 3.1.B certification download on demand.

Reduced the instances of missing hard-copy certification from 24% to 0%.

Led kaizen initiative targeted at reducing the time interval between when goods are delivered to the dock and when they are received and available in warehouse stock locations from 5 days to 1 day.

The addition of product lanes, relocation of the inspection area, wireless scanning devices and rewritten Standard Work achieved this 24 hour goal.
