Experience:

NCOIC, NATO AWACS Test & Evaluation Division - Provided technical support and conducted software testing for NATO Mid-Term E-3 Upgrade program. Evaluated contractor software and HMI upgrades dealing with ABM and multi-TDL operation during IOT&E, AO and OT&E phases of acquisition. Developed integration tests for all E-3 TDL requirements and ensured system achieved implementation standards and interoperability expectations.

NCOIC, E-3 Simulator Development - Advised Program Office on training devices concurrency and managed discrepancy database. Designed/conducted operational tests to assess bit-level message implementation for all devices. Evaluated device capabilities to meet all aircrew training requirements and vetted deficiencies to contractor.
