*Developed Designs for new high rise mixed use residential projects with retail space, below and above grade parking, and interior amenity spaces such as fitness centers, party rooms, and roof top swimming pools throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

*Performed Technical Reviews and Analysis of Architectural Designs for compliance with building, fire, and life safety codes. Conducted in depth analysis of wall type assemblies to meet fire rating requirements, ensuring that the required egress width is provided within residential units, stairs, corridors and all areas of public assembly. *Two Metropolitan Park: $72million, Developer: Kettler

New 18 story, 300 units, mixed use residential tower with 368 below grade parking spaces, amenity spaces and a rooftop swimming pool in Arlington, Virginia. Completed in May 2010.

*Crystal Plaza II: LEED Silver, $69 million, Developer: Vornado / Charles E. Smith

Major rehabilitation of an existing 13 story office building into a 19 story, 270 unit mixed use residential tower in Crystal City, Virginia with below grade parking, amenity spaces and a roof top swimming pool. This project was completed in 2009 and is seeking LEED Silver certification.

*Midtown Bethesda North: $72 million, Developer: Kettler

New 19 story, 230 units, 320,000 square foot condominium building with above grade parking, amenity spaces and a roof top swimming pool. Completed in 2007.

*The Wentworth House: $70 million, Developer: LCOR

The Wentworth House is the first building at North Bethesda Center, a 32-acre of $900 million mixed-use development. The Wentworth House itself is a, 18-story, 312-unit luxury apartment building with amenity spaces, a roof top swimming pool, a green roof along with a Harris Teeter Grocery Store at its base. This project was completed in July 2008.

*The Phoenix at Clarendon Metro: $80 million, Developer: Keating Partners

The Phoenix at Clarendon project designed for Keating Partners in strategic alliance with the US Postal Service consists of 320,000 SF of new and renovated construction including - the restored Arlington Main Post Office (on the Federal Register of Historic Places); the new and secure consolidated postal service distribution facility; the renovated and adapted for re-use Dan Kain trophies building; 181 luxury residential condominium units; 65,000 SF of new office space; 20,000 SF of street-level neighborhood retail space and below-grade parking for 600 vehicles. Completed in May 2010.

2002-2004 Project Architect

*Developed Architectural Designs to support construction of large-scale corporate office building and new residential condominium located in downtown Washington, DC.

*Prepared Construction Documents such as building plans, building sections, wall sections and details. Reviewed construction documents for compliance with building, fire, and life safety codes.

Part of team that produced construction documents and coordinated engineering for a 12 story corporate office building that integrated existing historic facades. Structure is located within the downtown Historic District of Washington DC at 10th and F Street NW.

*In collaboration with SOM team, developed and prepared construction documents for large scale corporate office buildings in downtown Washington, DC.

Key Projects

*One Metro Center: $140 Million, Developer: Tishman Speyer Properties

This 12 story, 421,204 square feet, trophy office building was constructed on top of and adjacent to the Hecht's department store, located between 12th and 13th Streets in Washington, DC's East End submarket. Completed in 2003.

*1625 Eye Street NW: $ 120 Million, Developer: Trammell Crow Company

This nine-story office building, faced by a glass curtain wall along Eye Street, features a light-filled atrium lobby, allowing perimeter offices to overlook the space. Tenants in this 383,000 sq. ft. building can also use the dramatic atrium as an

entertainment venue. The project also features underground parking and first-floor retail. Completed in 2003.

Torti Gallas & Partners, Silver Spring, MD

*Courthouse Tower: $ 51 Million, Developer: Lincoln Property Company

New 15 story Class A, 246,929 S.F. retail office building with 468 parking spaces on two levels of underground parking and three levels above grade parking in Arlington, Va. Completed November 2000.
