Territory Manager/Team Lead. I was most recently a territory manager as well as a team lead for a dedicated Hormel team, for the world's largest retailer-Wal-Mart, which is brokered through Acosta Sales & Marketing. In this role I'm responsible for directly calling on 30 super centers in ME & NH to assist them in managing their deli program and grow the Hormel premium line of deli meats "DiLusso". I also had TM's reporting to me from NY and MA. We worked as a team meeting with the store managers and market managers providing information to grow their sales and also provide sales aids to grow their business at store level.
Slopes Restaurant, Presque Isle, ME 2007-2007
General Manager. I managed a large restaurant, brewery and banquet center with seating for over 600 guests. I participated in all aspects of the restaurant operations-sales, hiring, training, and marketing. I managed a staff of around 30 employees and 3 managers. Millbrook Distribution Services, Leicester, MA 2004-2007
Sales Manager. I lead a team of 4 sales representatives to manage accounts with over 350 stores in New England and part of upstate New York for a major distributor of food, health & beauty care, and general merchandise products. Emphasize marketing of specialty, natural, and ethnic foods to accounts, including Associated Grocers of New England, Associated Grocers of Maine, C&S Wholesalers, Hannaford Bros (as secondary supplier), and multiple independent stores.
