2004-2008 MPRI-KOCT Tactical Fleet Maint. Mgr.

Dispatch Military Fleet vehicles, track vehicles in service, record and maintain records of vehicle faults and work orders completed on vehicles. Insure all vehicles are FMC for maintenance and Communications. Troubleshoot defaults, report deficiencies to higher maintenance organization for repair. License personnel on vehicles required for their duty station. Insure all personnel meet Army standards per each vehicle. Report and process accidents for all deficiencies and actions from accidents on tactical vehicles. Troubleshoot Radio Communications for deficiencies. Rerun RF antenna cables, insure wires run per specifications. Install GPS power cable to vehicle troubleshoot and replace if necessary.

Track services for non tactical vehicles. Insure all personnel licensed and meet Army standards for licensing for vehicles. Reports all accidents, contact Kuwait authorities as needed to process accident reports for insurance claims. Insure vehicles are maintained for deficiencies. Track incoming personnel; insure new personnel complete in processing for vehicle licensing, drawing equipment, ethics courses per L-3/MPRI requirements. Assist Director of Support with security of facility, build Top Secret facility for Comsec-Opsec Briefings, manage work force for daily operations of Camp to include electrical, water, security improvements, security of camp, waste management, Hazmat, environmental control. Insure inventory of general maintenance kept for repairs for buildings to include living quarters, latrines, offices, dining facilities and security posts. Facilitate Director of Support with entertainment of Distinguished Visitors to our Facility by coordination of transportation, meals, and living facilities during their visit when necessary.

Assist tactical fleet mgr., with vehicle services. Process vehicles for maintenance and services. Recover vehicles when dead lined. Account for vehicle percentages for fleet percentages. Troubleshoot communications deficiencies; install radios, antennas and cables when needed. Assist non-tactical fleet manger with services, recovery and account for fleet equipment. Insure new personnel are qualified with U.S. Army and Ministry of Kuwait certifications Transport Fleet vehicles to and from services, for Tactical this includes being certified on all HMMWVs to include M1151S and M1114, M977 and M978 HEMMT, all 5-ton class vehicles. Process accidents paperwork for tactical and non-tactical vehicles.

Fabricate aircraft parts per Cessna, FAA specifications. Install wire clips per blueprint for running wire harness, hydraulic lines, and air tubes.
