National OEM Sales Manager/ National Accounts Sales Manager, Superior Refrigeration Products, 2008-Present. Responsible for OEM accounts - Refrigeration, HVAC, Chlorine and LP Markets. I am responsible for contacts with engineering and purchasing and developing new business.

Developed a National Accounts program with major refrigeration end users and contractors; along with Supermarkets. In the middle of 2009, Southeast Distributor base was added to my responsibilities.

Major customers included were Hill Phoenix, Hussmann, Kysor Warren, HPT, Carrier, McQuay and Heatcraft, I/R. Customers I developed were Wal*Mart, SUPERVALU, Wegmans, Sweetbay, Food Lion, Target, Publix, Aldi, SPX (BOSCH)

General Manager, Mingledorff's Refrigeration & Supply, Norcross, GA, 2004 - July 2009. A new start-up division for Mingledorff's Inc. Developed and implemented a new refrigeration division (CCRP) in the company, direct P&L responsibility. Developed sales strategies, forecast, product and sales presentations. We achieved 98.6% increase in sales our first year. Organized and developed the sales force using existing A/C TM's. Responsible with in-direct line of responsibility for refrigeration counter people in each branch. I actively sold and engineered refrigeration product 50% of the time.

Sales Representative, Steve Lee & Associates, Atlanta, GA, 1997 - 2004; Represent 12 manufactures in FL and GA, OEM & Wholesale accounts. Sales for 1997 yielded a 32% increase. Second Year increase was 30%. Third year was 29%, fourth was 5%, fifth year at 7%, sixth year a -3% decline. I conducted HVAC/R training classes for both wholesalers and contractors on Parker, TracPipe, and Lau air movement. I was primary contact for Wal*Mart; Kroger; and Publix nationally on Parker sport valve.

Regional Sales Manager/Special Accounts Manager, Cool Care Inc., Deerfield Beach, FL, 1994-1997; Developed western United States sales area. Achieved 2.5 million in sales for first year.

Eastern Region Sales Manager/National Accounts Manager, ICP - Keeprite, Branford, Ontario, 1991-1993; launching new refrigeration product line in the United Sates market. Hired and developed a dual rep force.
