Recent Professional Experience:

Director, Warfighter Equipment, 2009 - present (Phoenix, AZ). Business unit leader responsible for diverse programs with annual revenue objective of $100M+, with four direct report Program Managers.

Director, Business Operations, 2008 - 2009 (Phoenix, AZ). Synchronized and coordinated the actions of all business unit functions (Operations, Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, HR and Quality), to ensure alignment with customer and management objectives and needs.

Budget Director, US Army Training & Doctrine Command, 2007 - 2008 (Fort Monroe, VA). Approved allocation of a $5.1 billion annual budget in support of US Army training, doctrine and recruiting mission requirements. Direct supervision of 50 personnel assigned to five subordinate divisions.

Chief of Staff, Iraqi Army Military Transition Team, 2005-2007 (Baghdad, Iraq). Directed the activities of a 50 person military training team assigned to combat operations in Iraq.

Director, US Army Field Artillery Futures Integration, 2003-2005 (Fort Sill, OK). Supervised development of future concepts and capabilities for US Army weapon and communications systems in support of Army transformation, ongoing warfighting requirements and the Future Combat System.

Commander, US Army Multiple Launch Rocket System Battalion, 2001-2003 (Fort Sill, OK). Commanded a 500 person military combat unit that served as a national strategic deterrent force for worldwide deployment, managing an annual operating budget in excess of $1 million.

Director of Fire Support and Effects, US Army 1st Infantry Division, 1999-2001 (Bamberg, Germany). Directed, coordinated and orchestrated all fire support resources in support of an Army Division's operations overseas with direct supervision of 30 personnel in combat operations in the Balkans.

Aide-de-Camp, Under Secretary of the Army, Pentagon, 1998-1999 (Pentagon). Military advisor and senior aide to the third ranking member of the US Army. Performed direct coordination with the White House, Congress, Foreign Embassies, and senior Pentagon leadership on key issues for the US Army.

Executive Assistant, Director of the Army Budget, 1997-1998 (Pentagon). Served as senior advisor to the Army's chief executive for financial management and comptroller activities. Provided professional advice and guidance, and coordinated all staff actions for the department, with responsibility for tracking formulation and execution of the Army's multi-billion dollar annual budget.
