KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

* Conducted first statistically significant Brand Attribute Study with both customers and employees worldwide. Integrated new acquisitions under Master Brand.Responsible for creating a new brand and name targeted primarily at launching the IPO and attracting early investors for the Test and Measurement business. The $120M campaign consisted of a 10-page spread in the WSJ, new online presence, signage, product naming and packaging, letterhead and business cards.

* Improved brand recognition from 0% to 62% in the first year and then to 85% in the second year.

* Launched a $15M Outbound Marketing campaign to sell electronic test equipment under $5K through direct sales, channel resources, distributors, catalog and telemarketing. Grew the division from $50M to $250M or growth of 43%.

* Streamlined 2.4 million individual products in a product line down to 500 manageable products to allow the sales team to position and communicate the value of service offering, reduce IT exposure and to improve service support.

* Responsible for the retraining of the global sales force for the critical rollout of the simplification project.

* Developed a predictive marketing model to weigh different alternatives to meet revenue expectations. Internal credibility grew and budget remained at $28M during a downturn in the economy.

* Managed an $80K research project to grow online presence from 50,000 to 170,000 subscribers and started the first RSS feed.

* Built support and restructured a 21-person technical marketing department with a shared budget of $15M. Eliminated ineffective staff and set a new vision. This model set the -bar- for sharing internal resources

* Participated on the Blue Ribbon Commission to reduce the cost of printing throughout the enterprise including Amsterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong and Eastern Europe.

* Managed a six-person team that produced all marketing materials by partnering with outside agencies to the launch a new product line of bedside monitors. Ensured the marketing message was consistent throughout the organization, managed all tradeshows, hosted PR events and a panel discussion with HPs senior management.

* Co-Chaired the Corporate Giving Campaign for multiple years. Created a plan to sell corporate furniture at a Garage Sale and donate all proceeds to the fund. Met or exceeded all Corporate Giving goals.

* Increased revenues by integrating the Medical Supplies Products with the Product Divisions through marketing and communication initiatives, partnered with internal departments, revamped brochures and created a new catalog for fulfillment.

* Conducted primary customer research of EMTs for a new line of defibrillators. Produced all marketing materials and managed all major trade shows associated with the introduction.

* Responsible for changing the internal perception of the marketing department and to build a more professional team. Hosted international guests and sales training seminars, produced all marketing materials, hired speakers and made all logistical arrangements, which resulted in improved productivity.

* Assisted the advertising agency with the creation of the 25th Anniversary emblem that was used on all sales literature and packaging.

* Moderated a workshop at the Women`s Leadership Conference for HP.
