My Vision for an instructional technology position is to provide leadership for
administrators and teachers to encourage technology integration into the curriculum
through positive support and collaboration to ensure student success.
Extensive knowledge of Tennessee curriculum and ISTE/NETs Standards through
professional development research and in-services on technology integration.
Provide professional development opportunities for teachers on data collection and
analysis as it relates to assessing student progress and validating Essential Skills
Assessments for Professional Learning Communities (PLC s).
Chaired successful Technology Committee-making positive changes to school
website, showcased student work and classroom projects by grade level; set up
collaboration project with teachers on technology integration and in using assessed
state performance indicators for TCAP testing by establishing grade level teams.
