trial levels of court as well as before administrative bodies, including

Occupational Health Safety Board, Employment Insurance

Commission Appeals and Arbitration pursuant to the Trade Union

Act. Management and expansion of general practice of law, including

process as well as the preparation of materials for lectures and

judicial conferences. Duties involved extensive research, writing and

frequent meetings with the Justices for briefings. During my term, I

concentrated on administrative appeals, including applications for

certiorari.
