Controller
Managed all corporate Accounting Departments for Concept Rehab and Concept Rehab Home Health with $30MM in annual revenue. Provided accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports from internal and external monthly financial statements to annual audits and annual budgets.
* Developed a process that included a complete month reporting package, which measured the company`s P&L in the course of providing service delivery to 55 independent nursing homes.
* Addressed rising costs of medical insurance, by researching available options and introduced a self-funded component to the existing plan that saved the company over $1.4MM over 11 years.
* Streamlined cash reporting functions, which included reports to management on a daily basis.
