Aug 2007 - Present Wegman Company

Operations Manager - 10 years of office furniture installation. Oversaw 25 man staff installing over $3 million in gross revenue annually. Implemented a safety training and drug-testing program ensuring a safe working environment. Assisted in the design of office systems and ensured installations were on time and under budget. Oversaw the maintenance and DOT procedures for 10 vehicles. Made on site visits to ensure safety and standard procedures were being followed. Routinely delivered valuable budget inputs for bids and RFP's. Ensured warehouse receiving and delivery maintained OSHA standards and lowered damaged cost.

Warehouse Manager (2001 2005):

Product is office furniture manufactured by Herman Miller, National, Meridian, Davis and other companies with quick turn around. Asset Inventory Management (AIM) Manager (2002 present):

Inventory control of over $10,000,00 of clients assets maintained in the warehouse. Responsible for pulling and returning of product to and from warehouse and delivering to client on a daily basis. Clients include Ohio National Finance, Reynolds Reynolds, Sara Lee, Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Omni Care Pharmaceuticals. Updated inventory via web sights enabling customer access to product in storage.

Records Manager (2002 present):

Directly responsible for the operations of the Records Management of APG as well as storage of over 20,000 boxes or files, including bar coding of all material, web access, and end of month billing.

Scheduler (2006 present) :

Daily scheduled 16-20 installers to perform jobs within the Greater Cincinnati area including Dayton and Northern Kentucky. Ensured the proper amount of installers on site at each job location to complete installation on time and under budget. Along with the scheduling of jobs, bidding and price quoting on future jobs from a single chair delivery to multi-floor installations.

Aug 1980 - Dec 2000 U.S. Navy

From initial tour of duty to honorable discharge, retired as a Chief Petty Officer (E-7). Details have included 20 years of Air Traffic Control, Division Leading Chief Petty Officer, Carrier Air Traffic Control Watch Officer, Facility Watch Officer (Designated in writing by the Commanding Officer).

As Department Manager, scheduled, activated, utilized, de-conflicted over 420,000 square miles of air and ocean space between numerous military customers and civilian airlines. Ensured the safety and completion of operations. As Operation Manager, personally responsible to the Commanding Officer for the safety, completions of on average 50,000 operations per year. Managing the schedules of 30-person department including vacation, sick leave and training. Manager of a 70-man division involving safety, equal opportunity, and team development. Trained and certified over 200 sailors in the operations of air traffic control worldwide. Accountable for training records, personnel performance, sufficient manning levels, and quality of life issues. Liable for personnel processing, Personnel Evaluation Reports, awards and legal actions. Personally selected to coordinate with the Commanding Officer on board USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65) in regards to aircraft operation, fueling procedures, recording flight hours, number of operations, pilots qualification, pilot currencies and emergencies.
