detective division, all non-narcotic related criminal investigations and the management and security of all evidence.

the administrative assistant to the Chief of Police. Supervised and managed the Support Services Division of the De-

partment. Coordinated policy development of a new comprehensive Policy Manual that meets national accreditation

standards. Supported community involvement programs. Provided commercial photography service to the City of San

Marcos. Won the third place photography award from the Texas Press Association for a published alcohol education

Award and the rst place Texas Municipal League Award for the City s 2000 annual report. Assigned as Commander to

the evening watch, managing and supervising all on duty personnel. Coordinated the development of citizenship and

responsibility programming with several community partners, including Texas State, and coordinated or contributed to

other award winning public education and visual communication projects for the City.
