Use a 238-item process coding scale to rate adherence in individual therapy sessions conducted from a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Transference-Focused Psychotherapy, or Supportive Therapy approach. Meet weekly to aid in scale development and on-going reliability assessment with 3 other coders.

Coder, Helpful Aspects of Therapy Study for the Psychology Practice-Research Network
(PRN), Supervisor: Louis Castonguay, 2005-present.
Code client and therapist reported session-level helpful events in therapy as part of a practitioner-researcher collaborative study, using an established rating scale; meet weekly to aid in reliability assessment. Participate in collaborative research planning between university researchers and private practice clinicians in the community.
Research Assistant, PAWS Test Anxiety Intervention Study, Supervisor: Brian Rabian, Ph.D., 2004-2005.
Assisted in the development and planning of a test anxiety prevention study targeting second graders. Implemented an 8-week prevention program with Elementary school students, performing pre and post test measures.
Adolescent Interviewer, Fast Track Program (Families and Schools Together; NIMH
funded grant), Supervisor: Karen Bierman, Ph.D., Summer 2004.
Conducted structured clinical home-based interviews with adolescents as part of the post-intervention follow-up for a study aimed at reducing the incidence of school failure, conduct problems, and substance use.
