Project Manager and Salesman - Traveled to hail storm damaged areas in several states to help homeowners discover damage, assist with insurance claims, and sell jobs to restore the storm damage. Canvassed damaged neighborhoods to locate damaged homes. Managed restoration actions to completion. Has knowledge of Exactimate to create repair estimates.

JIM SANER'S HOME REMODELING: 1993 - 2011

Project Manager, Estimator and Salesman: Directed and coordinated with vendors, sub-contractors, and staff to complete residential remodeling projects. Included meeting prospective clients and preparing designs with estimates, then selling the projects. Excellent kitchen, bath, and basement finish designer. Used Chief Architect CAD program. Helped grow company from $200K to over $2M in sales.

UNITED STATES AIR FORCE OFFICER: 1972 - 1992

Logistics Manager: Directed logistics planning, maintenance, and budgeting for large and lengthy exercise deployments into the Nevada desert for war games. Managed logistics to move over 44,000 pounds of material into position to meet short notice requirement. Used creative planning and coordination to obtain new government vehicles and the construction of two new buildings for the growing unit mission-well ahead of normal schedule.

Director of Systems Plans: Developed and implemented plan to replace old telephone system with a digital one. Creative plan saved $32K annually. Developed and implemented an automated telephone response system to automatically answer over 300,000 phone inquiries per year-providing timely information to callers and freeing staff for other duties. Through staff of nine, provided communications and computer systems continuity of operations policy in support Air Force Logistics Command bases. Lead command-level working group to establish effective disaster recovery plans for Command`s large logistics computer systems. Directed staff of 12 senior technicians to provide life cycle management and support for communications electronics systems on five large Air Force bases. Prepared and presented briefings to key leaders.

Systems Operations and Maintenance: Assumed leadership of Operations Division responsible for 24 hour, base telecommunications and message center and telephone switchboard which had long standing management problems and personnel dissension. Firm leadership, problem solving, and concern for the personnel`s` welfare earned respect and turned performance around in nine months to award winning status. Directed a staff of 85 electronics technicians in 11 work centers to maintain all of the communications systems, navigational-aids systems, missile launch systems, and flight operations systems for Vandenberg Air Force Base. Managed $3M maintenance budget to support these systems. Prepared and presented daily status briefings to senior leaders.
