- Principal advisor to the Deputy Director of Operations, NMCC on Emergency Action (EA) procedures for the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Resident expert for building and transmitting Emergency Action Messages that communicate Presidential decisions to execute nuclear force employment under the Single Integrated Operational Plan. - Created and implemented effective solutions to the most complex and matrix problems facing the SANG and US/Saudi government relations, and strengthened partnerships between the US Government and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Led the Military Staff Advisory Board of the Program Manager.

- Championed a re-organization plan for US contractors to bid a 5-year Foreign Military Sales contract valued at $500M between SANG and the US government for modernization efforts and to maintain US / Saudi strategic partnership. Oversaw contract requirements, setting the stage to obtain the best products for the SANG.

- Led a diverse team of more than 50 US contractors, 30 Saudi Officer Evaluators, and 11 US Army Advisors in support of training for 3,500 Saudi Arabian personnel under the Security Cooperation and Security Assistance Program for Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

- Advised SANG through awarding Vinnell Arabia/Northrop Grumman a $176M weapon and simulation facility upgrade contract and served as Program Manager in Saudi Arabia. Led planning efforts to guide SANG in developing and standing up their version of a brigade-sized Combat Training Center (CTC).

Assistant Program Manager (0-5/LTC) 03/2008 - 8/2008, Combat Division, Saudi Arabia (APM-M)

- Directed operations for two regional headquarters, and 10 Motorized/Light Infantry Brigades of Saudi National Guard's (SANG) full-time 125,000 personnel along with their National Headquarters. Supervised 64 civilian and military personnel supporting the SANG modernization program; managed 500 employees and the Institutional and Unit Training Division of the Training Support Service contract valued $1B.

- Managed the organizational training and support team contract consisting of 20 US contractors and Saudi Arabian Interpreters valued at $3.1M.

- Advised and coached Staff Officers on the value of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) during the eight moth Internal Security Mission cycle.

- Guided organization in the development and execution of training, technical refresher courses, and primary marksmanship instruction, train the trainer, and other courses.

Senior Brigade Advisor (0-5/LTC) 07/2006 - 03/2008, Taft Team 9, Saudi Arabia

- Supervised and managed 26-member US team comprised of contractors and interpreters including three Mechanized Infantry Battalion Senior Advisors and four Cultural Advisors to better advise the Commander of a modernizing Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) Light Armor Vehicle (LAV) Brigade comprised of three mechanized infantry battalions and one logistics support battalion on how to properly train, equip and evaluate their units and staff to support modernization efforts in Saudi Arabia. - Operations Officer of a Force XXI designated MTOE Battalion with 347 personnel and 44 tanks. Directed all operational planning, collective training, training readiness, and force modernization. Led development of long and short range training plans; managed ammunition and land/range requirements; planned, prepared, and briefed field and simulation training exercises and Reserve Component training. Oversight leadership for the schools program including management of the gunnery/weapons training, readiness reporting, and force modernization issues. Served as Chief Planner during tactical operations. Synchronized all battlefield operating systems and combat multipliers.

- Led development of the Blue Force Tracker, a GPS- equivalent for armored vehicles and tanks, which provided these vehicles with a capability to differentiate friendly and enemy ground and aviation units to prevent fratricide, thus saving lives on the ground. The system is still in place today across the US Army.
