Completed development of a new, (start-up) licensed group home for abused

and neglected youth in Warren, Michigan and received invitation for direct

Chief Financial Officer - Management of the company`s financial operations and risk management including the structuring of credit, equity and insurance facilities. Additional responsibilities included review of accounting operations and financial statements, engagement of outside accounting firms and attorneys, union negotiations,

oversight of payables and receivables and litigation management.

- Created the first multi-client syndication of employment tax credits and established the platform for the syndication to investors of an institutional offering of up to $100.0 million of employment tax credits. Attained institutional investor acceptance of a new syndicated tax credit product.

- Established financial operations and credit facilities for Employ America as a start -up operation. As annual revenues rose to over $7.0 million, $1.0 million of employment tax credits were earned and sold to investors

- Restructured financial statements to report segmented operations and unreported transactions. Maintained credit facilities during five years of operating losses and

two (2) years of loan defaults.

- Streamlined owner`s unprofitable businesses which included resolution and reduction of payables and accelerated collection of receivables.
