1998-2009 District Service Manager
Responsible for a seven state territory covering the South Eastern U.S. managing a team of up to ten Field Service Engineers with annual revenue in the $3M range. Duties included maintaining customer satisfaction through proper work distribution, account assignments, profitability and expense containment, hiring and firing, and employee development. I also worked closely with the Sales department to insure timely installation of revenue recognition instruments at quarter's end.
