Executive Summary and Profile
For the last (7) years, I have performed as a Senior Project Manager for Control Air North where I managed some of the largest health care projects in the bay area. With my past training and experience, I was able to excel in the scheduling and utilization of manpower and administration of all the project's performance requirements for a successful and profitable project.
My previous employment for (15) years was as Operations Manager for Aire Sheet Metal, Inc. which is a mid-sized Commercial HVAC sub-contractor that also performed Architectural Sheet Metal and Metal Roofing in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was hired to enable the firm to perform on larger commercial projects which was accomplished with the dollar increase of subcontracted projects and successful outcomes.
Prior to merging with Aire Sheet Metal, I was the Owner of Mechanical Sheet Metal and Engineering where I started as a Serviceman to Service Manager, then to Estimator / Project Manager and finally to General Manager / Vice President / Owner.
My training as a Sheet Metal Journeyman and Foreman allows me to get the best production from labor to meet and exceed schedules. My education in Mechanical Engineering provides me with the knowledge for design requirements and Plan and Specification work. Ownership of a Sheet Metal business has provided me with great insight and ability to Manage Employees, communicate with Designers and negotiate with Owners.
