Assistant Director of Residence Life (1987 to 2006) Directed residence hall activities and programs, facility maintenance, technology, and safety. Collaborated with Facilities, Police, Career Center, Personal Counseling Center and Academic departments to promote cross-campus programs. Ensured well-being of 500+ students through academic and personal counseling. Annually supervised 10 student desk workers, and exhibited excellent decision-making skills to interview, hire, train, and manage 12 undergraduate resident assistants and 1 graduate assistant. Researched, developed and wrote the present residence life curriculum. The primary focus is to promote the holistic growth and development of students, utilizing a seven dimension wellness model: social, physical, intellectual, emotional, career, and spiritual (SPICES).

Coordinator of Programming (1987 to 2006) Planned, analyzed and define programming criteria for 50 resident assistants each semester. Conducted extensive and wide-ranging evening and weekend programs for student residents throughout the campus.
