Quality Manager (2008 7/2012)
Duties include: Provide leadership for Quality Systems. Responsible for advanced quality planning, supplier quality assurance, testing laboratories, customer complaints, product submission, and the implementation of lean techniques. Leadership role in ISO 9001/2000 and ISO TS16949 compliance. Direct, implement, and maintain operational-level strategies and objectives, and monitor performance against plan. Manage, monitor and control material, labor, and overhead costs in respective area. Operations Team member that actively leads and influences efforts to improve product quality and process capability.
Focus Factory Manager (2005 2008)
Duties include: Profit and Loss for molding and prismatic base mirror assembly focus factory. Launch approval for all new products, accountable for key performance indicators (i.e., Customer Quality, Incoming Quality, On-Time Delivery, Schedule Attainment, Uptime/ Downtime, Scrap, Overtime, Standard Labor, PPPH, and Continuous Improvement). Responsible for labor and support groups (i.e. 60 direct labor associates, three team coordinators, production scheduler, set-up/maintenance, three manufacturing engineers and a quality engineer).
Operations Engineering Manager (1996 2005)
Duties include: Manufacturing approval for all product launches, process improvement implementation (i.e., Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, QS9000, Financials), ISO 14000 Management Rep. Management responsibilities for Manufacturing Engineering, Set-Up, Maintenance and Facilities. EC mirror manufacturing development. Palletize line implementation for On-Star mirror assembly. On-line labeling system. FFT development. Capital equipment approval and sign-off.
Plant Manager (Interim) (6/99 10/99)
Duties include: Responsible for day-to-day operational key measures and financials, represented operations in milestone review meetings and sign-off for operations manager, Financial approval authority for operations, and lead and/or participated in monthly employee meeting presentations.

Duties included: Maintain operational goals in relationship to Cost, Quality and Delivery (Ottawa Avenue and 128th N). Management responsibilities for Manufacturing Team Leaders and Production Teams.
