Managed 35 employees in the production and manufacturing of single action fire arms and rifles. Responsible for many aspects of human resources and directed all phases of production. Established and maintained relationships with all types of vendors and purchasing agents. Developed and instituted inspection department. Developed new procedures to include production schedules, reprocessing of product, employee personnel policy and procedures manual and employee training.

Accomplishments

Developed and implemented a schedule for all products on the mill line for daily, weekly and monthly production

Assisted in retooling certain mill products and reduced cycle times by as much as 40%

Reprocessed and redesigned pistol barrel fixturing which led to a 30 % increase in production with less than a 1% scrap rate
