looking for live in maintenance work (Morgantown wv)

I am currently looking for a position as a maintenance/housing upkeep person with a live in residence and negotiable weekly salary. I am a Licensed Electrician in the State Of West Virginia at the Journeyman Level, I also have taken and passed the General Contractors Exam and Business and Law exam for the State Of West Virginia. I am available for Immediate work.

Have experience with Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, Weatherproofing, Drywall hanging and repair, Computer related work. I am able to be on call 24 hours per day and can perform almost any type of repair within a very short time.
