Kathy Owens has been a licensed landscape architect for thirteen (13) years, working as principal landscape architect for

Nature by Design and prior to that worked for an architect in Tacoma for two years.

Her experience includes landscape architectural design services such as master planning, site planning, planting design,

park design, irrigation design and wetland mitigation design. Mrs. Owens projects have ranged from 400 acre vineyards

to small scale residential sites. About seventy (70%) percent of work is comprised of large tract development

including Right of Way improvements on both public and private roadways.
