Goldman Sachs July 2009 through Present

Vice President

Responsible for launching Operational support for a new Private Wealth Management Business in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Relocated to Sao Paulo for six months to open a new Private Wealth Management Office. Was responsible for working with Legal, Compliance, Controllers, technology and the Sao Paulo Business Unit Manager to establish a Private Wealth Management Platform.

Responsible for managing and overseeing key platform enhancements required to grow the Brazil platform and client base. Effectively managed and launched: Daily Fund Reports, Brazil client reporting platform, CVM 465 offshore investing, multi-currency reporting, OTC trading (SWAPS, Futures, and Exchange Registered Products), stock loan, and collateral support functionality.

Responsible for managing key projects and initiatives to grow the Consolidated Reporting Platform, which allows for the internal/external reporting of securities by asses class and performance for clients with 100 million or more in AUM. Worked with project vendor to enhance internal systems to support Private Equity/Hedge Fund external pricing, Multi currency reporting, reconciliation break resolution and reporting. Managed UAT and Production testing.

Responsible for managing system access projects to restructure how system access entitlements are provisioned to users. Provided oversight/ownership of key project deliverables and UAT/Production testing between operations and technology.

Mange the team responsible for providing service coverage to the Private Wealth Management Business in Brazil.

Mange the team which provisions system access to Private Wealth Management Users across operations and technology. Implemented and supervised audits internally and with PWC.

Goldman Sachs November 2003 through July 2009

Managed relationship between Operations and Sales for Boston and Chicago Private Wealth Management Offices. Was the main point of contact between Sales and Operations for both offices.

Main point of contact for IRA accounts held with Delaware Charter. Drafted and worked with Legal/compliance to establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsible for leading a project with Technology and Delaware Charter (vendor) to create a process that allowed Goldman to auto debit IRA accounts on a quarterly basis for IRA fees.
