HIV/AIDS Experience

HIV Educator and Advocate, 1992 to present.

Has taught over 6,000 classes in 20 public school systems, 50 private schools and college settings,

heath care facilities and for civic organizations, churches and prisons.

Provides HIV/AIDS training for licensed professionals including nurses, physicians, allied health

professionals, and emergency management personnel.

advocacy, and networking at camps and retreats.

Coordinates and conducts monthly HIV testing at Florida Southern College and Lakeland

Organizes and presents annual World AIDS Day events in Lakeland, Florida.

Organizes and conducts yearly 500-miles HIV/AIDS Bike Ride Fundraiser.

Coordinates annual holiday gift drive and holiday dinner for 60 to 100 families infected and

affected by HIV/AIDS.

Foundation, GSK Pharmaceutical, Forsyth Foundation.
