issues involving workplace, divorce, community, family, same-sex relationships, elder care, chronic illness,
health care, personal injury, victim/offender, entertainment, school, online disputes and educational facility
disputes. Conduct presentations, mini-conferences, trainings, coaching, consulting services and workshops

Trainer. Training employees working for Consolidated Edison on issues involving diversity, anger
management techniques, enhancing communication, listening and conflict resolution skills, promote team-
building techniques and identifying different behavioral styles in the workplace using Personal Profile
System.
Resolve It, Inc., Bronx. NY
Trainer. Trained 1000 employees from Co-op City. This training introduced a new Workplace Policy
discussing Sexual Harassment and Discrimination. Understanding cultural diversity issues, anger
management techniques, communication and conflict resolution skills were also taught.
Mental Health Association, Pomona, NY
Trainer: Managing Anger Workshops. Trained participants how to understand and express anger.
Participants also were taught listening, communication and conflict resolution skills.
Trainer: Preventing Violence in our Schools. Trained participants how to identify the triggers of
violence and the dynamics of bully/victim relationships. Participants also learned how recognize the
signs for potential violence in schools and ways to make schools safe.
Montclair University, Montclair, NJ
Trainer. Trained participant s communication, conflict resolution and problem solving techniques.
Participants were also taught how to accept and recognize differences of others in a mediation session while
remaining their neutrality.
