Structured, documented and negotiated all phases of refinancings, debt restructurings and loan workouts. Initiated foreclosure and other legal proceedings and represented CONSECO in Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy proceedings, including adversarial proceedings to collect and recover client`s collateral.
