Managed day to day operations and schedule of art department (12-25 employees) producing
characters, environment, and other game-related assets for multiple projects and on-line multi-

Directed the artistic development of the HeroClix Online game for WizKids/NECA.

Managed, scheduling and maintained a team of 15-20 freelance sculptors for the HeroClix
physical product and co-ordinated simultaneous development of multiple miniature featuring
Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Star Trek and Lord of the Rings franchises.
Managed production of art for Dexter The Game for the iPhone; launched in the top 20
downloaded games on Apple iTunes.
Created story boards and directed short animated movies integral to the Dexter game.
Artistically directed the development of 8 Virtual World demos showcasing various aspects of the
Icarus XScape Engine for entertainment, education, tourism and retail. Clients included various
brand name companies, such as Dexter (Showtime), 24 (Fox), and MTV.
Directed the artistic development of the Fallen Earth MMO.
Worked with programmers and designers on the creation and functionality of a tool-sets designed
to support creation of art content for Icarus Studios XScape 3D-engine.
