Project 2 - Credit Bureau Request: The Credit Bureau Request Status is used to track the Credit Bureau request as it is requested from the TransUnion and Equifax and received by D+H. One single request may have two parties associated to it and will result in tracking of two Credit Bureau requests. The status value of these request are independent of one another as the Credit Bureau search is done independently. The results provided back to D+H are reflective of three status values of Requested, Received and Error.
Project 1 - Recurring Pre-Authorized Payments: RBC allows posting of Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP) for inventories assigned to RBC-Internal, RBC-Litigation, and RBC-Recoveries. These PAPs are then processed through RBC’s Cash Management system which will debit the client’s account and route the funds to an RBC account for clearing and remittance back to RBC Collections by D+H.
Roles and Responsibilities: Accessed the Credit Bureau Request screen in RBC Client-side users, RBC Internal users, RBC Recoveries users, RBC Litigation in Collection Highway, Bankruptcy Highway and Repo Highway. Project 6 - In Branch Customer Authentication (IBCA): The objective of this project is to provide additional tools for the CSR to identify Closed/Lost/Stolen/Cancelled Access Card within S3. There have been a number of instances where transactions have been processed with authentication taking place against an invalid card status.
Project 5 - Trillium Cards: This will allow the customers to do online transactions, at the point of sale internationally, through the mail and telephone as well as setting up recurring bill payments. Customers will be enabled with the option to transact through a contactless interface simply by tapping their card to an Interac Flash device at the domestic point of sale.
Project 4 - Online Signature Cards: It has been identified that there is an opportunity to discontinue the use/reliance of hardcopy customer signatures, on personal accounts, by using the existing hard copy signature cards filed in the branches. This project will allow for new personal account signatures cards to be electronically displayed within S3 and B-Web for viewing.
Project 3 - Impact 360: This scheduling application is a central repository for team member information. It holds information about each team member including team member ID, name, title, guaranteed hours and work availability. The Forecasting application utilizes historical transaction volumes that are captured by the teller transaction system.
Project 2 - FX Optimization (Wire Payments): The objective of this project is to permit the user to provide a more comfortable experience to the customer by enabling and simplifying wire payment and debit amount exchange conversion/entry on the same screen.
