Research Projects: Green Supply Chain Management implemented in Delphi-Auto Ltd, Mexico.Lower back pain and biomechanical measurements for VDT users.Ergonomically designed Wal-Mart Tire and Lube station express in Kingsville.Workstation ergonomics and its health effects.Safety and analyzed lawn mowing operations in Texas A&M University.Accident Scene Investigation in a TV packing industry.Analyzed the traps and problems in ERP implementation.

Worked with designing software like Pro-Engineer, AutoCAD for designing workstation ergonomics and modeling lower back pain compression force and biomechanical measurements for stress. Also involved with simulation software like Awesim and with engineering problem solving software like MATLAB, C language, VB.net.

Graduate / Teaching Assistant: Oct’03- till now

Handled class & lab sessions involving Pro-E wildfire2.0, AutoCAD 2004, Ergonomics, Biomechanics, heat and thermodynamics. Teaching subjects of dynamics, fluid mechanics, vector kinematics.

Web programmer and Web master: Sep’02-till now

Worked on web programming and designing for physics, geosciences, and mathematics department website under Dr. Daniel Suson. Design Engineer: May’01-June’02

Administered human machine interaction development tools with AutoCAD and Pro-E for M/s Vel software solutions, India. In the Materials Tools Division, analyzed safety procedures of handling tools and machines, making it an accident free zone.

Project Coordinator: Jan ’00- Apr ‘01

Administered and appraised a team size of 7 for doing application software projects like production planning, inventory scheduling and designing of machines by AutoCAD and Pro-E for M/s Zephyr Network and Software Solutions, India.

Production planning engineer: Sep ’99-Dec ‘99

M/s SRP Tools Limited, India was responsible for computerization of Production Planning and Control System. Lead teams on cost reduction, scheduling time and efficiency improvement.
