Supported the A to A Re-Capitalization of the Army`s UH-60A Blackhawk helicopters by identifying the existing Airframe repair activities through investigations of existing work activities/requirements.
Example: The rework of the UH-60A, -6 Lower Aft Transition Section was 100% Replacement due to possible corrosion. I recommended CCAD change from 100% Replacement to On-Condition Replacement. This would reduce Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) by 14 weeks per aircraft (2 employees, 7 weeks) for those aircraft without corrosion in the Lower Transition Section.
