Southern Regional Manager

Provide tank rental service, production facility installation, construction management and surface/subsurface consulting services for the South Region Oil & Gas Industry. Management elected to relocate out of region. I preferred to remain in Northwest Louisiana and seek other employment.

Northwest Louisiana District Manager (DGH Petroleum & Diamond Oil & Gas) 2007-2012

Accepted a District Manager Position with independent company based in Houston, Texas on October 8, 2007. Manager responsibilities involve; Overseeing Drilling, Completion and Work Over Projects with in the District. Provide proper direction for Drilling/Completion Manager and Production Manager. Assure Drilling and Production Budgets are maintained with in Budget guide lines. Responsible for design, materials and construction of; 2", 3" & 4" pipeline gathering system, tank battery and large compressor station. Monitor contract service groups involved with Drilling, Completion and Production activities. Maintain a stable, reliable and productive workforce. Maintaining good working relations with Houston and Wyoming Management and provide overall productive work ethics. Operations center around Nacatoch Crude and Haynesville Gas Production.

Project reached closure on April 1, 2012.

S. R. Brause Consulting, Inc. 2005-2007

President of S. R. Brause Consulting, Inc.; Field Completion Supervisor for newly drilled wildcat oil and gas wells. Contracted by Berco Resources to hire, schedule and supervise contract service groups for a large scale completion program. Oversee completion rig and crew, ordered and run down hole tubular tools. Correlated w/ open hole logs and supervised wire line units to perforate pay zones, run necessary plugs and cement bona logs. Prep wells for multi-stage fracs, frac wells and supervise flow back operations. Eventually run tubing in the hole, land and set well head and turned well over to production. Performed re-entry on P&A wells, cement squeezing and drill outs. P&A wells to client procedure and Government Specifications. Project demanded extensive people skills, design knowledge and communication with service groups and clientele. Cost control and budget limitations were a project necessity. Large service groups such as Halliburton, BJ, and Schlumberger were on the project numerous times with workforce exceeding 30 employees.

Brause Energy Support Company, Inc 1988-2005

President and hands on Technical Advisor for an Oil and Gas Field Operating Company. Contract operated numerous production fields in Southwest Wyoming with a multi- clientele list. Responsible for providing well completion, compression and production facility installation, installing pipeline and field gathering systems and providing operating personnel for all the aforementioned. Involved with various acquisitions for large company interests. Contracted to Berco Resources as Well Completion Supervisor. Contracted to Western Gas Resources in the Jonah gas field, operating approximately 70 dehydration units, 40 production units and 50 miles of 20" pipe line system. My talents allowed Brause Energy the contract to oversee Western Gas Production Facility construction phase.

Devon Energy and Forest Oil were other clients in the Jonah Field.

Contracted to EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) to operate the Castle Creek oil and gas field with 24 well and tank batteries, gathering system and compressor station. Supervised operating personnel and all work over rig activities in the field.

Brause Energy Support Company had 6 other clients in addition to the aforementioned at the time of my departure in 2005.

Wexpro Company, subsidiary of Questar, Corp 1973-1988

Administrator of Production & Regulatory Affairs (1988)

Administrative position at corporate level in Salt Lake City, Utah; technical support for the Sr. Vice

President. Monitor gas & oil sales to assure within contract specification and guidelines. Head

committees for rough draft contracts in sales and partnerships and review with corporate lawyers.

Maintain good working relations with government agencies and private land owners. Interact with

multiple department heads for well balanced company business flow. Provide production technical

support to district offices throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Member of the New Acquisition

Committee and a member on the Presidents Staff.

West District Foreman- Plant Processing and Field Production 1986-1988

(SW Wyoming, Utah,Colorado and N. New Mexico)

Main Office in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Project Manager over the Cut Throat Project in Four Corners

Area. Ground clearing to completion of two Liquid Recovery Chiller Units, field gathering, well facility

modification and 22 mile sale pipeline system. Assisted engineering and contractors with design

and construction phase. Negotiate sales contract for gas, oil and "Y" Grade liquid recovery. Staff

operating personnel for plants and field. Responsible for oil & gas deliveries, budgeting, equipment

and Field Managers in other areas of the West District.

Plant and Field Manager at ButcherKnife Springs Co2/H2S Extraction and Sulfur Recovery Units.

(60 m2cf/dy, 500 bbl oil treating w/ Diglycolamine. 60 L.ton sulfur recovery/dy.) 1979-1986

Assisted engineers and contract builders w/ facility design, construction and modification phases.

Staffed and trained operating personnel. Responsible for shift work schedule, plant turnaround,

Operation and Capital Budgets, employee evaluation, monthly crew foreman technical data

meetings, design engineering support and lab/pneumatic personnel technical support. Worked

with engineering staff reporting Air Quality Emissions to State and Federal Agencies. Maintained

an accurate and accountable corrosion data report to engineering staff on processing equipment.

Wrote, maintained procedure and contingency plans for plant operation and surrounding areas.

Completed month progress reports to upper management.

Crew Foreman/Foreman B at Church Buttes Lean Oil Absorption and Sour Gas Plants. 1976-1979

(100 m2cf/dy LOA Process w/ 5 m2cf/dy Diglycolamine CO2/H2S Extraction Process).
