Managed all reporting, scope, schedule, cost, external vendors and quality issues. Facilitated project team meetings, communications, and maintained risk and issue logs. Managed internal change management and project compliance. Utilized MS Project for planning and tracking, SharePoint for project artifacts, ResolveIT, TeamTrack and Aperture for architecture planning and VB and SQL for generating reports.
* Infrastructure Refresh. Managed Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 migration of more than 6000 users, which also included Enterprise Vault 7.3 to 10.1 and LCS 2005 to Lync 2010 upgrades.
