I served as the Project Manager for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Business Informatics (OBI) Service Support Desk for the Generic Drug User Fee Act (GDUFA) for self-identification of generic drugs. I was responsible for managing the service desk supporting Pharmaceutical manufacturers who were required to self-identify their Generic drugs business operations and manufacturing facilities around the world to comply with the Affordable Care Act in order to sell their products in the United States.
