Experience

Job description for past employments, despite the job title or industry, can be summarized as a special leadership quality with exceptional office skills, as well as the ability to interact with societal collaboration with finesse and dignity. I have listed below these basic skills; specialized skills specific for the past employers.

Accounting- Setup and restructure accounts payable filing and scheduling system. Streamline accounts receivables for each industry's specific rules. Interpret for employer and accounts receivable industry specific construction AIA Billing; G-702 & G-703, Financial Industry, State Medical Compliance.

Attorney- Locate and interact with any attorneys the company hires to handle situations for employee or customer circumstances. Additionally, negotiate with any attorneys that contact our company with issues directed towards our company.

Banking- Set up and negotiate terms for lending. Reconcile loans and bank statements. Construction specific factoring packages.

Collections- Handle difficult customer collections. Negotiate settlements. Refer to Attorneys.

Compliances- Liaison between employer and agencies BBB, OSHA, BOE, Contractors State License Board, Fire Marshall. Including County, State, Federal agencies. Securities Exchanges and ay back office audits.

Event Planning- Luncheons, dinners, hors d'oeuvres, meetings, gifts, cards, memo's for employee appreciation, customer appreciation, employee and owner trip itinerary, client meeting, planning and implementation.

Filing- Coordinate and structure file records for ease of use to span all departments.

Financials- Pull and interpret financial statements, cash projections, cash flow, and budget analyses.

HR- Problem solves issues for department managers and oversees office staff. Including administering raises, hiring, firing, facilitating documentations and filing systems, as well as, writing and enforcing company procedures.

Insurance- Setup insurance claims. Liaison between company claims and all parties involved from the insurance company, employees, police, perpetrator, and regulatory agencies. Interpret policies for employees or customers.

IT- Smooth the progress of software, hardware, and backup drives. Liaison with technical support systems.

Mailing systems- USPS, FedEx, UPS, E-mail including (Outlook, MS Live office, Advisor mail, Gmail, Hotmail, MSN, and Earthlink).

Notary- Conditional and Unconditional Waivers, Partial and Final Lien Waivers, and Legal Documents.

Office Equipment- Replacement, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting.

Owner's personal matters- Accompany owners and run errands as needed.

Organization-This is a very strong skill and has spanned many areas the company needs. Enabled companies to move in a certain direction, designated by the owner, by re-organizing the company and managing office staff.

Public Speaking- Shared vast knowledge by teaching employees. Coordinating and speaking at events of appreciation for employees or customers. Able to speak and negotiate impromptu with vendors and regulatory agencies.

Security- Owner signing authority, authorize payroll, sign payroll checks. Secure legal documents, company checks blank and printed, owners signature stamp. Protect safe and company keys. Opening and closing office and setting of alarms. Troubleshoot alarm codes. Organize employee access to software, building supplies and reports.
