Server/ Hostess

As a hostess, my job was to greet the guests that walk in and to seat them in a quick manner. I have to be energetic and nice to the guests. As a hostess I also have the job to check the guest out when they are ready to leave.

As a server, my job is to wait on the guests and take care of them while they are at the restaurant. I also have to make sure that the guests' food to taken to them in a timely manner and that they are satisfied with their experience.

September 2011 to Current

Nursery Volunteer

My responsibility is to take care of the children while their parents attend the service at church. We make sure that they are taken care of while their parents are gone. We teach the children lessons from the Bible and about Jesus. We sing songs of praise and have them memorize simple Bible verses.

Produce to People Pittsburgh, PA

Volunteer

At Produce to People, I have the opportunity to give back to the community. The customers of the food bank line up at locations where they receive fresh produce that they can take home. I hand out the food to the customers as they go through the line.

My responsibility was to take care of the people that had to have their order taken and get their food together. I was also responsible for taking orders from the people in the drive-thru and getting the money from them when they came to the window.
