WAMView: application of a GIS-interfaced watershed model (WAMView) for the Tri-county Agricultural Area (TCAA), to predict results of BMP s in achieving TMDL nutrient reduction goals. TCAA BMP Tracking: designed, developed and managed BMP geodatabase and map project to allow user-friendly tracking of BMP s applications in the Tri-county Agricultural Area. Lower St. Johns River Basin (LSJRB) Detritus Study: implemented ArcHydro Tools and Geodatabase to delineate stream orders and estimate land use area per order to identify primary detritus sources. Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) Distribution Modeling and Atlas Publication: coordinated and conducted SAV data collation, analysis and mapping including a ground-truthing, photo interpretation, hydro-acoustic survey, hyperspectral data classification and geostatistical analysis to identify SAV distribution Land Use Change Analysis: calculated new urban development in the LSJRB from 1973 through 2000 to estimate area affected by urban storm-water treatment regulations implemented in 1984. GPS mission planning, data collection and post processing of storm-water drainage structure locations.
