Summary: This project involved developing plug-ins (which was a proof -of-concept) that provides seamless integration of several tools used in the organization into a single cockpit. The project also involved development of common, generic, integrated, Philips Semiconductors software standards compliant build environment for production of re-usable software components (IPs) and sub systems.

Role: As a technical lead specialist, looked into the entire spectrum of research and proving the concept. Evaluated different methods, procedures and IDEs present in the software market like Eclipse, Netbeans, etc. so as to integrate the entire design flow into a single cockpit. Performed vital project management functions of estimation, planning, monitoring and risk management.
