Omniscient Search - Distributed Web Search Engine Apr 2012 May 2012
A web search engine developed using Java EE platform consisting of a free pastry based Mercator-style
distributed crawler, hadoop based indexer and page rank engine. Crawled over 116,000 pages, hosted the
system on 10 nodes of Amazon Elastic Cloud Compute and provided support for phrase search.
This project received an honorable mention on the Internet and Web Systems course web page.
