Owner and Administrator of this company that cares for Senior Citizens 24/7 in my home. This includes assisting with daily acts of living, all human resource duties, payroll, etc. Oversee staff of 13 people.

Senior Care 2005-2008

Worked Private Duty for Senior Citizens in their home. Attended appointments, oversaw medication and assisted with daily acts of living.

Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. 2000-2005

Workers' Compensation Manager for the Midwest Zone. Oversaw the claims handling of all workers' compensation claims in 26 states for both the Retail and Commercial Farm Divisions. Oversaw the OSHA compliance of over 300 stores in these 26 states. Worked closely with the TPA in the direction and negotiations for reasonable claims evaluations and settlements. The Midwest Retail Zone was the #1 zone in the country for W/C costs the last four years of my employment there. Set up a very strong return-to-work program.

Marsh, Inc. 1999-2000

Dedicated Account Representative for Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. Prepared all Risk Management Claims Reports for tracking and Risk Management program direction. Used STARS for their RMIS reporting.

Illinois Hospital Health Systems, Inc. 1996-1999

Workers' Compensation Claim Representative. Handles clams for a group of Illinois hospitals within the self-insured pool. Aetna Life Casualty 1985-1996 Workers' Compensation Claim Specialist for Illinois, Kansas and Missouri claims. Worked closely with clients and attorney's to bring claims to a close in the best interest of both the employer and employee.

EDUCATION:

Ashford University - Bachelor's in Health Care Administration 2007-Present I am in the last year of obtaining my Bachelor's Degree. I have been on the Dean's list for the majority of my academic career. I have a graduation target date of May, 2013. All classes are on-line.
