successfully capitalized bank. Instrumental in the construction of all aspects of the following bank functions:
lending, deposit, and information technology infrastructure. Served as senior lender supervising, structuring,
and originating direct and indirect auto loans, personal loans, portfolio and secondary market mortgage loans,
and commercial loans. Managed the bank's retail investment program through Raymond James Financial
Services, Inc. Instrumental in the bank reaching profitability by the 13th month of operations. Personally
originated over $40 million of loans.
